What was there not to adore!? Super responsive and a breeze to collaborate with—their crew provided precisely when and what they said they would, and it was a pleasure to team up with them.

Fantastic service! Our business was in need of bigger custom-sized mailer boxes that other suppliers just didn’t have. The entire process was top-notch from beginning to end. The website was user-friendly, the turnaround was quick, and the final product looks incredible. Everything came in carefully and neatly packaged, and the color matched our branding perfectly. The shipping fees are just way too steep. I’ve looked around at other companies, and they don’t slap on the same charges that buyboxes does. I also do a fair bit of shipping myself, and the box my custom boxes came in didn’t cost anywhere near $50 to send. It’s more like half that, at best. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this will be my final order with buyboxes. They do fantastic work, but those extra shipping costs really make them less appealing compared to other custom box providers.

Awesome assistance. I required a big, specially sized box. They managed to assemble it in just a couple of days. They also helped me work out how to get it to fit in my SUV.

As someone trying out the BuyBox design feature for the first time, I was really happy with the quality of the E-commerce boxes we received. They’re sturdy and the printing and colors are top-notch. The only thing that caught me off guard was the shipping cost, which you only see at the end when you’re about to pay. It would’ve been nice to have that info earlier to plan the budget for this project.

As a designer, I usually work with Illustrator on templates, but I really enjoyed using the design tool and watching my box come to life in real-time! Super straightforward, and the support team was fantastic!

To be real, this turned out to be better than I thought! The shade (navy) was exactly right, and we’re really happy with it. I do wish they were a bit larger, but the price was just too high to make it worth it.

Even though I'm still waiting for my packages to show up, I'm really pleased with the assistance I got from a customer service rep named Connor at Buyboxes. He was super helpful and provided a lot of info. We've been working through the hiccup with UPS, which had my boxes labeled as 'return-to-sender' a couple of times. Thankfully, we’ve come to a resolution, and my boxes should be on their way soon. Their customer service crew is committed to helping everyone, whether you’re ordering a little or a lot.
